In Docket No. 183825, defendant FKI Industries, Inc., appeals as of right the judgment following a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff in this products liability action. We affirm. In Docket No. 184149, FKI appeals as of right the trial court's order awarding mediation sanctions. We vacate this award in part and remand for further proceedings.
