F. Pierre Livaudais, Mandeville, for Appellees Plaintiffs Robert Scogin and Bren Bishop.

Before FOIL, WHIPPLE and KUHN, JJ.

FOIL, Judge.

In this succession proceeding, appellant Virgil James Scogin, Jr., who claims to be a forced heir of the decedent, filed a rule to show cause seeking the posting of a bond by the co-testamentary executors. On appeal, he challenges the judgment of the trial court which found that the record does not support appellant's right to demand the posting of a bond. After a review of the record, we reverse.
