Allan B. Mendelsohn, as the Chapter 7 Trustee, appeals from an order of the Bankruptcy Court, Dorothy Eisenberg, Bankruptcy Judge, denying his motion to reopen the case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350(b).
