James Tyrece Bussie appeals his conviction by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County of assault with intent to disable, malicious shooting, use of a handgun in a crime of violence, possession of cocaine, and possession of marijuana. Appellant was acquitted of assault with intent to avoid apprehension, attempted murder, and assault with intent to murder.
