HORTON, J.

The defendant, Michael Martel, was convicted of the first degree murder of his wife, Candi Martel. See RSA 630:1-a (1996). He contends that the Superior Court (Barry, J.) erred by failing to strike his jury panel as improperly constituted. We affirm.
