A jury found appellant Charles Richmond guilty of murder, Ind.Code Ann. § 35-42-1-1 (West Supp.1996), for the killing of Myron Moran.

The evidence was that Richmond and several others confronted two men on the street. Richmond pulled out a gun, so the victims turned and ran. Both were shot, one fatally.
