A parent appeals the denial of insurance coverage for dental treatment rendered more than seventy-two hours after his son's mouth was struck by a baseball. Plaintiff Kenneth Hickman's son, Kent, had several teeth displaced, lost, and fractured in a sporting accident on May 26, 1993.
