Commercial Union seeks review of a nonfinal order denying its motion to dismiss and requesting the parties be compelled to resort to appraisal to resolve their differences regarding the amount of loss sustained to appellee's property. We grant review, pursuant to Florida Appellate Rule 9.130(a)(3)(C)(v).1 We reverse and remand the case to the trial court with directions to compel the appraisal.
