EX PARTE BROWN

1960195.

693 So.2d 29 (1997)

Ex parte Rita G. BROWN. (In re Rita G. BROWN v. CHAMPION INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION).

Supreme Court of Alabama.

April 11, 1997.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

J. Zach Higgs, Jr., of Higgs & Emerson, Huntsville, for petitioner.

W. H. Rogers, Moulton, for respondent.

Prior report: Ala.Civ.App., 693 So.2d 24.

HOUSTON, Justice.

Aside from the fact that no new or additional restrictions were placed on Brown as a result of her left-shoulder injury, there was evidence to support the trial court's finding that the left-shoulder injury resulted in no permanent partial disability. A reasonable view of that evidence supports the trial court's judgment based on that finding.
