BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.

Following a trial by jury, Jimmy Vaughn was convicted of five counts of possessing with intent to distribute, and two counts of attempting to possess with intent to distribute, controlled substances, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846 (1994). The District Court2 sentenced him to 240 months in prison. Vaughn appeals, and we affirm.
