Clifford I. Zalay and his wife, Helene A. Zalay, (the Zalays) appeal an amended final judgment in a construction lien1 action filed by several subcontractors and materialmen. We affirm the judgment. We conclude the evidence supports the trial court's decision that all but one of the claims were valid and timely, and thus, created liens against the real property.
