Defendant PCG of the Golden Strand, now Tropic of North Carolina, Inc. (TNC), executed two promissory notes in favor of the plaintiff on 19 March 1995. One promissory note was in the principal amount of $107,000.00 with interest at seven percent. The other promissory note was for the principal amount of $95,000.00 with interest at seven percent. Both notes were secured by a security agreement in favor of the plaintiff pledging personal property as collateral...
