Donald Stephens appeals his convictions of aggravated child molestation, incest, statutory rape, rape, cruelty to children, aggravated sexual battery and child molestation. He enumerates as error the trial court's denial of his motion for funds to hire an expert witness and his motion for new trial based on ineffective assistance of counsel.
