Andre Lamont Brown appeals from his conviction of possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1994). He contends his conviction should be reversed because the district court1 erred in admitting hearsay and opinion testimony. He also argues that reversible error occurred based on the district court's exclusion of evidence about Minnesota state law. We affirm...
