Christine L. Elfers and her parents, Lorene and Kevin Elfers, (collectively, "Christine") appeal a summary judgment dismissing her medical malpractice claim against Dr. John O. Simenstad; his insurer, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company; Dr. Donald G. Marsh; and Wisconsin Patients Compensation Fund.
