Mae Isabel Fenelon Tureaud timely filed a wrongful death and survival action against the Acadiana Nursing Home to recover damages resulting from events which led up to the death of Isabella Fenelon, her mother, while in the care of the nursing home. James Aloysius Fenelon, Isabella's son, did not file a lawsuit.
