This criminal appeal arises from the 26th Judicial District Court, Parish of Bossier, the Honorable Harmon Drew, Jr., presiding. The defendant, Finnie Lee Shaw (Shaw) was charged with one count of attempted simple robbery. Shaw pled guilty to one count of attempted simple robbery and was sentenced to serve two years imprisonment at hard labor. The court denied the defendant's motion to reconsider sentence.
