Arthur Beiersdorf appeals from the judgments of conviction for second-degree sexual assault of a child and bail jumping, and from the trial court's order denying his motion for postconviction relief. He argues that the trial court erred by not applying the forty-four days of sentence credit he received on the stayed sentence for bail jumping to the prison sentence he received for sexual assault.
