PER CURIAM.

Defendants Giannetti Investment Company (GIC) and Silvio Giannetti appeal as of right a March 9, 1995, order enjoining them from interfering with plaintiff's rights under an access agreement and ordering them to pay plaintiff damages for breach of the agreement. Defendants also appeal the trial court's order granting plaintiff partial summary disposition.1 We affirm.
