Appellant-defendant Gerald R. Weaver brings this direct appeal from a judgment entered upon a guilty plea.

The facts most favorable to the trial court's judgment reveal that on May 19, 1993, Weaver sold two marijuana cigarettes to a confidential informant. On October 5, 1993, Weaver sold two more marijuana cigarettes to the same confidential informant. Based upon these sales, Weaver was charged by information with two counts...
