SMITH, District Judge.

Following a defendant's verdict on Appellants' claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the District Court1 ruled for the defendant on Appellants' disparate impact and disparate treatment claims under Title VII. The present appeal involves only the District Court's rulings with respect to the disparate impact claims.2 For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
