Brenda Sanders filed a legal malpractice lawsuit against Brent Gore after discovering, among other legal errors, that Mr. Gore failed to file Ms. Sanders release from a voidable judgment in the mortgage and conveyance records and failed to cancel a judicial mortgage encumbering her property.
