Buryle and Hazel Grossman were granted summary judgment in a negligence action on the issue of a landowner's duty to travelers on a road adjacent to the landowner's property. Walter H. Sheley, as Administrator of the Estate of Margaret Sheley, deceased, appeals this decision, presenting one dispositive issue for review which we restate as: Whether a landowner owes a duty to travelers on a roadway adjacent to the landowner's property...
