Kerns, Inc., a wholesale distributor of beauty products, and The Wella Corporation, a manufacturer of such products, entered into a contract on November 24, 1984, which awarded Kerns the right to distribute Wella's "International Line" of products within the state of Michigan. The agreement provided that either party could terminate the contract on sixty days' notice without cause, and that Wella could terminate the contract...
