Troy Harrison appeals the trial court's reversal of the Kansas Employment Security Board of Review's (Board) determination that he was eligible for unemployment benefits.

We affirm.

Harrison was an employee of Palmer News, Inc., (Palmer News). On June 21, 1995, Harrison orally informed the general manager and the president of Palmer News that he intended to resign his position as of August 31, 1995. On July 26, Harrison was told his services...
