("Servall") and St. Cloud Restaurant Supply ("St. Cloud") (collectively, "Plaintiffs") for summary judgment ordering that Plaintiffs' antitrust claims against Clear Shield National, Inc. ("Clear Shield") were not discharged by this Court's Confirmation Order of December 17, 1993...
