PER CURIAM:

This case is before the Court on a certified question from the Circuit Court of Ohio County concerning whether an insurer has an affirmative duty to notify the lessors of property that the lessee's liability insurance coverage has been canceled upon termination of the lease. For the reasons set out below, we answer the certified question in the negative.
