Scott Kiekhefer appeals from a judgment of conviction for possession of THC (marijuana) with intent to deliver in violation of § 161.41(1m)(h), STATS., 1993-94. Judgment was entered after Kiekhefer pled no contest. On appeal, Kiekhefer maintains that the trial court erred when it denied his motion to suppress statements made to the police prior to receiving his Miranda1
