Following a stipulated trial, defendant Craig Allen Kinkead was convicted of possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), manufacturing a controlled substance (marijuana), and operating a vehicle without a valid motor vehicle license, in violation of Iowa Code sections 124.401(3), 124.401(1)(d) and 321.218(1) (1995), respectively.
