Appellee Coweta County Board of Tax Assessors ("Tax Board") audited appellant Eckerd Corporation's ("Eckerd") ad valorem personal property tax returns for a three-year period, 1992 through 1994. Pursuant to the audit, the Tax Board determined that Eckerd had undervalued its inventory, equipment, furniture, and fixtures in these returns and, subsequently, seeks taxes thereon.
