PER CURIAM:

Jonathan J. Rager appeals his convictions of brandishing a firearm and robbery by use of a firearm by a jury in the Circuit Court of Wood County. On appeal, Mr. Rager alleges: first, a new trial should be granted based on newly-discovered evidence; and second, because his fatigue prevented him from giving a knowing and intelligent waiver, his confession was involuntary.
