The defendant, Loew's Theatres, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the plaintiff, Travis Falls, in this negligence action. The defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) excluded evidence of a witness' prior inconsistent statement, (2) permitted the plaintiffs expert to testify as to the possibility of future surgery...
