POLITZ, Chief Judge:

Plaintiffs appeal the district court's orders denying the motion to remand to state court and dismissing the case on the grounds of forum non conveniens and comity among nations. For the reasons assigned, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiffs are approximately 700 Peruvian citizens who allege that they have been harmed by sulfur dioxide emissions from Southern Peru Copper Corporation's copper smelting and refining operations...
