HANNON, Judge.

Benjamin K. Jefferson appeals from an order of the district court denying his motion for postconviction relief without an evidentiary hearing and refusing to appoint an attorney to represent him in the proceedings. Jefferson seeks this relief upon the basis that his counsel at the original proceeding was ineffective and that the State and the court did not abide by the plea bargain to which his counsel allegedly told him the county
