Michael A. Hale was sentenced to an imprisonment term of 63 months after pleading guilty to his participation in a cocaine distribution conspiracy. Having served that sentence, Hale was released from prison and began serving a five-year term of supervised release in Springfield, Illinois. Less than a month later, however, a warrant issued for Hale's arrest. The warrant charged five separate violations of the terms of Hale's supervised...
