Defendant-appellant Bradley McCann was indicted for aggravated robbery with a gun specification. McCann moved to suppress identification evidence, and the trial court held a hearing on this issue. During the first day of this hearing, it became apparent that McCann had turned down a plea-bargain arrangement that the trial court felt was "very generous."
