Defendant was convicted by a jury of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person less than thirteen years of age, M.C.L. § 750.520b(1)(a); M.S.A. § 28.788(2)(1)(a), and was sentenced to two concurrent terms of fifteen to thirty years' imprisonment. Defendant was tried and sentenced as an adult, although he was fifteen years old when the offenses occurred, and sixteen years...
