Douglas Haskins appeals from judgment and sentences entered, following a jury trial, for attempted murder, domestic abuse assault, and reckless use of a firearm. At trial, the State alleged Douglas shot his wife during an argument. Douglas admitted he shot his wife, but claimed the shooting was accidental.
