After a three-day jury trial, Benjamin Harold Brooks and Frederick James Treesh were convicted of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). The district court then sentenced each one to 300 months of imprisonment, consecutive to any other federal or state sentence, and to 5 years of supervised release.
