BRICKLEY, Justice.

The defendants were charged in Oakland County with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver over 650 grams of a controlled substance. They were previously convicted in Muskegon County of conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver cocaine. Because both prosecutions center on the same dates, witnesses, and evidence, we granted leave to appeal, limited to the double jeopardy implications of the defendants' prosecutions in Oakland...
