John J. Price has brought this direct appeal from his jury trial convictions for aggravated criminal sodomy, K.S.A. 21-3506(a) (Ensley 1988); indecent liberties with a child, K.S.A. 21-3503(a)(1) (Ensley 1988); and three counts of aggravated incest, K.S.A. 21-3603 (Ensley 1988).
