Defendant John Fitzgerald Dawson was arrested and charged with DUI, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and driving with a suspended license. The trial court denied his motion to suppress physical evidence of and exclude testimony regarding (1) the marijuana found in his car, and (2) his refusal to submit to a urine test. As defendant consented to the search of his car in the course of a lawful stop, we affirm the denial of the motion...
