Defendant was charged with and convicted of four third degree crimes involving cocaine: possession, possession with intent to distribute, distribution, and distribution in a school zone. Three of the convictions were merged, and a prison term of five years with three years of parole ineligibility was imposed. For distribution in a school zone, defendant was sentenced to a separate, concurrent five-year prison...
