THIS CAUSE was heard before the Court on the objection of the debtor, Ocean Transport Corporation ("OTC"), to the proof of claim filed by Balehi Marine, Inc ("Balehi"). OTC objects to the claim on the basis that an accord and satisfaction in full settlement of the indebtedness was reached with Balehi.
