L. c. 30A, § 14, of decisions of the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board (CRAB), affirming the Teachers' Retirement Board's (board) decisions that, for purposes of calculating their pensions, certain payments received by the plaintiffs were not "regular compensation" within the meaning of G.
