DYKMAN, P.J.

James L. Blackburn appeals from a judgment convicting him of second-degree sexual assault of a child. Blackburn claims that the State violated his speedy trial rights under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD), and thus, the complaint against him should have been dismissed with prejudice. We conclude that Blackburn did not comply with the procedures of the IAD. Therefore, we affirm.
