The parents appeal as of right a probate court decision to terminate their rights on the basis of physical or sexual abuse, failure to prevent physical or sexual abuse, the continued existence of conditions that led to the adjudication, the existence of other conditions, failure and inability of the parents to provide proper care, and that the children will be harmed if returned to the parents...
