This is an appeal from a jury verdict rendered in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. The jury found that appellees, John F. and Anna Stvartak, were entitled to a total of $97,200 from appellant, Jerry Wray, Director of Transportation, state of Ohio, as compensation for the appropriation of .163 acre of appellees' property.
