SHORT, Judge.

In an action to collect an arbitration award, the judgment creditor claims the debtor corporation fraudulently transferred assets to avoid its creditors. The parties stipulated to facts, except the value of the transferred assets, and tried their dispute to the court. The trial court found the debtor transferred property in violation of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, Minn.Stat. §§ 513.44, 513.45(b) (1996). On appeal...
