PIERRON, J.:

This is an appeal of the imposition of a presumptive sentence under the Kansas Sentencing Guidelines Act (KSGA). Joseph Rodriguez pled guilty to one count of indecent liberties with a child, a violation of K.S.A. 21-3503(a)(1). Rodriguez filed a motion to depart, which was denied by the district court. He appeals the denial of his motion. We affirm.
